Job Summary

Managing strategic projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager will drive project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage project risks while ensuring effective communication and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and timelines to ensure project execution aligns with defined outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to track dependencies and support effective handoffs
• Identify and monitor project risks and issues, escalating significant concerns with clear context and potential solutions

Required qualifications

• Practical experience managing projects or supporting complex cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to develop project plans and manage competing deadlines
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions and maintaining clear ownership of next steps
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including risk tracking and status reporting
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft 365
