Project Manager

Job Summary

To support critical client implementations, the contract Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of benefits administration platform migrations in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of benefits administration platform migrations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets while balancing multiple strategic projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to facilitate project meetings and maintain alignment on project goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of project management experience with proven success in leading system implementations
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a matrixed environment
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
