Job Summary
Driving execution across the Medication Contracting portfolio, the remote Project Manager will develop integrated project plans, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and support strategic initiatives to enhance contracting capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans for priority Medication Contracting initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, and decisions
- Own and improve portfolio-management processes and support enhancements to CRM capabilities in collaboration with the Chief of Staff
- Lead weekly stand-ups to align the team on priorities, review milestones, and track commitments through completion
Required qualifications
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with strong project-management discipline
- Proven ability to design and improve CRM capabilities tailored to unique business processes
- Experience applying AI and automation to enhance business workflows and team efficiency
- Strong executive communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly to senior leadership
- Experience supporting the implementation of new processes and tools, including documentation and stakeholder engagement
