Job Summary

Motivated to facilitate client-sponsored trial projects, the remote Project Manager will manage multi-site activities, ensuring project objectives are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams during the Monday to Friday day shift.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan, implement, and report on project goals and deliverables across multiple projects and programs
• Provide ongoing guidance and collaboration with internal and external teams to keep contributors engaged and aligned
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and effective project coordination

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or related fields, specifically in clinical labs, biotech, or pharma
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective communication with clients
• Experience in project design, planning, oversight, and reporting
• Demonstrated track record of coordinating and tracking technical and operational components across functional areas
