Job Summary

Managing multiple drug discovery programs remotely, the full-time Project Manager will align plans, timelines, and teams while collaborating with scientific and cross-functional members to achieve program goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple drug discovery programs concurrently, balancing priorities across projects
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and trackers using Smartsheet
• Lead program team meetings, track progress against milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in chemistry, biology, pharmacology, or a related life science with a background in drug discovery
• 5+ years of project management experience in biotech or pharma drug development
• 3+ years managing small molecule discovery programs from hit-to-lead through lead optimization
• Experience with novel modalities such as targeted protein degradation is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and experience coordinating CROs for in vivo studies preferred
