Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end implementation of contracted technical programs, the full-time Project Manager will ensure timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining stakeholder communication in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee project management of assigned client implementations, ensuring they meet contractual requirements
- Develop and manage project plans, status reports, and dashboards while actively addressing risks and issues
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to align customer expectations through effective communication
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred or relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems
- Experience with Microsoft Project and agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
