Job Summary
Managing internal and customer-facing projects, the full-time Project Manager will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drives project initiation and executes kick-off meetings, ensuring effective handover from project sponsors
- Regularly engages with project teams to monitor progress, proactively identifying and managing issues and risks
- Conducts post-project reviews and surveys to gather customer feedback and improve project methodologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- A minimum of four years of experience managing multiple project engagements
- Experience with internal and customer-facing projects that have defined scopes and timelines
- Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to proactively identify risks and manage competing priorities
