Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the support of a mid-large scale product, the full-time remote Project Manager will work closely with engineers, designers, and government partners to triage issues, create actionable tickets, and improve system responses while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sprint process, estimate efforts, triage incidents, and communicate progress while removing blockers
• Build proactive relationships with stakeholders and coordinate multiple contractor teams for alignment on large projects
• Report on risks, successes, and progress while managing the team's velocity and improving organizational processes

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Manager in a complex software development environment
• Experience with ticketing systems, particularly Jira and Confluence, and a strong ability to document issues clearly
• Proven experience leading complex projects with significant milestones, dependencies, and integrations
• Familiarity with agile frameworks such as scrum, kanban, or SAFe, and agile development practices
• Ability to nurture client relationships and drive prioritization across multiple projects
