Job Summary
To support a growing educational services company, the full-time Project Manager will develop and oversee project plans using both predictive and agile methodologies, while managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and guidelines
- Build and develop the project team by providing direction, motivation, and support to maximize performance
- Establish and cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and report project outcomes, risks, and changes as necessary
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of project management experience with a proven track record
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master
- Experience in the education industry preferred
