Job Summary
Managing complex software and hardware installations, the full-time Project Manager will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Creating and managing long- and short-term project plans, setting milestones and deadlines
- Collaborating with Product, Support, and Development teams to ensure efficient project execution and client satisfaction
- Overseeing multiple concurrent projects, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet client goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3 years of experience managing client-facing projects
- 1-2 years of experience in software installation processes
- PMP or CPM certification preferred
- Experience in a Private Equity backed organization preferred
