Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Project Manager to support Education and Capacity Building initiatives on an NIH-funded program, this full-time remote position will manage projects from planning through delivery, coordinate educational program development, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects end to end, managing schedules, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting
• Coordinate the development and delivery of educational programs and resources, ensuring successful implementation and adoption
• Identify and track risks and issues while proposing solutions and improvements to workflows and project visibility

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 3+ years of relevant project management experience, including ownership of project plans and coordination across teams
• Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI platforms and ability to apply effective prompts and human review
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop thoughtful recommendations while collaborating with diverse teams
