Job Summary
Owning implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, the full-time remote Project Manager will build project plans, coordinate resources, and serve as the primary contact for customers to ensure successful software delivery and alignment with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions to Customer Support
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while proactively addressing risks and issues
- Lead customer workshops and maintain alignment through consistent status reporting and communication
Required qualifications
- 3-7+ years of project management experience in SaaS, software implementation, or IT services
- Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, data migration, and cloud technologies
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and translating business requirements into technical tasks
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the role is based
