Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing clinical trial study projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager will oversee project activities, ensure quality deliverables, and maintain client communications while adhering to budget and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight for assigned clinical trial projects, including client meetings and budget management
• Independently lead medium to high complexity global projects, coordinating with supporting project managers and regional teams
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and Contract Research Organizations, ensuring effective communication and adherence to reporting schedules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in a relevant field and two years of central laboratory project management experience
• Associates degree (A.A/A.S) may be considered with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Certification as an ASCP Medical Technologist and/or Registered Nurse is beneficial but not required
• Experience in managing budgets and performing metrics analysis related to clinical trials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with additional experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Visio considered a plus
