Job Summary
Overseeing the implementation of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, the full-time Project Manager will manage project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring client satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and risk management strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and facilitate project status meetings for updates to clients and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology implementation environment
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and implementation methodologies
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications are preferred
