Job Summary
To support a growing engineering team, the remote Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent projects, drive project planning and delivery, and enhance cross-functional coordination while establishing scalable processes across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project planning, tracking progress, and managing timelines, deliverables, and risks
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, align stakeholders, and communicate project status effectively
- Design and document repeatable project processes and maintain organized project documentation
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
- Proficiency in creating project plans, roadmaps, and status dashboards
- Background in SaaS, software, technology, medical device, or similar technical environments
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
