Job Summary
Leading AI-driven projects, the full-time Project Manager - AI & Innovation will manage a portfolio of innovation initiatives, from concept to implementation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects, translating business challenges into practical AI use cases
- Manage POCs, MVPs, and business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with project plans and success measures
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI and emerging technologies, supporting the Business Assurance AI roadmap
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in project management or digital transformation, preferably in the Certification/Business Assurance industry
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering for business applications
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in global, matrix organizations
- An agile mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop practical solutions
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
