Project Manager and Financial Controller

Job Summary

To support a growing financial services company, the full-time remote Project Manager & Financial Controller will lead high-priority cross-functional projects, manage the integrity of financial operations, and build the project management function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major cross-functional projects, including the expansion into Europe, while managing timelines and regulatory requests
• Build and establish the project management function, including templates and status reporting standards
• Oversee core controllership responsibilities, including month-end close processes and corporate tax compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
• Experience managing regulatory and market expansion projects in financial services
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
• Meaningful finance and accounting experience in fintech or banking environments
• Working knowledge of US corporate tax compliance and treasury management experience
