Job Summary
Leading end-to-end project management for initiatives involving Mainframe and .NET systems, the full-time Project Manager - Banking will manage the full project life cycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive modernization and integration workstreams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects across discovery, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
- Provide regular status, risk, and decision reports to senior leadership while managing vendor and third-party delivery partners
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in technical project management or delivery leadership
- 5+ years of experience with IBM Mainframe environments and .NET platforms
- Proven experience managing projects that span both Mainframe and .NET
- Strong background in stakeholder management and executive reporting
- Experience in banking or regulated industries, with daily use of AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot
