Project Manager, Business Transformation

Job Summary

Leading individual workstreams within a broader business transformation program, the full-time remote Project Manager, Business Transformation will manage project delivery, including planning, executing, and improving business operations through process redesign and systems implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with stakeholders across various teams to ensure project alignment and success
• Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, and drive mitigation actions to address identified risks and issues

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience, particularly in business transformation or systems implementation projects
• Proven experience managing multiple end-to-end project life cycles
• Strong working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including charters, schedules, and risk registers
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet or Jira/Confluence
• Ability to work in both structured (waterfall) and iterative (Agile) delivery environments
