Project Manager - Cancer Research

Job Summary

To strengthen the clinical research portfolio, the part-time Project Manager - Cancer Research will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on study start-up, regulatory operations, and clinical trial finance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Partners with leadership and stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable operating plans
• Leads initiatives aimed at improving clinical trial activation, operational quality, compliance, and financial performance
• Designs governance structures, monitors key performance indicators, and facilitates multidisciplinary working groups to resolve barriers and manage risks

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, clinical research, nursing, life sciences, or a related field required
• Seven to ten years of experience in healthcare, clinical research administration, or project management, including leadership of cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience with the clinical trial lifecycle and applicable clinical research regulations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in developing performance measures and financial forecasts
• Project management certification and clinical research certification preferred
