Project Manager, Chief of Staff

Job Summary

Supporting strategic priorities, the full-time remote Chief of Staff, Customer Management Project Manager will manage operational systems for the Leadership Team, driving initiatives in strategy, executive support, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the Leadership Team to articulate and drive strategic direction across the organization
• Enhance team culture and organizational effectiveness through executive support and engagement strategies
• Oversee and lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects, ensuring effective tracking of priorities and outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management
• At least 4 years of experience in building and influencing strategy
