Project Manager, Client Services
Job Summary
Managing eDiscovery cases, the full-time Project Manager, Client Services will drive work through operational departments, create work orders, and ensure quality checks for client deliverables while working remotely on a flexible schedule of 10-hour days from Friday to Monday or Thursday to Sunday.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a strong understanding of eDiscovery processes, market competitors, and relevant tools
- Manage the work request queue and communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and perform related duties as assigned
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; Master's or JD preferred
- 4+ years of work experience, including at least 2 years in eDiscovery
- Experience with Relativity is required
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong project management and analytical skills
