Job Summary

Leading enterprise clinician recruitment operations, the full-time Project Manager - Clinician Recruitment will manage multiple initiatives from project intake through implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective communication in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects, deliverables, and overall execution while serving as the primary liaison among stakeholders
• Define project scope, objectives, and governance, and create integrated project plans and status reports
• Lead change-impact assessments and training coordination, ensuring successful adoption and stabilization of recruitment initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in project management
• Experience managing stakeholders, timelines, and financial considerations in a matrixed environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools
• Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills
