Project Manager - Customer Implementations

Job Summary

Managing the implementation of customer-facing projects, the full-time Project Manager - Customer Implementations will be responsible for end-to-end project management, vendor integration, and ensuring client satisfaction in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end project management for large projects, ensuring completion within timelines and budgets
• Define project scope and objectives, coordinating team activities and resources
• Provide technical guidance and track project deliverables while maintaining quality standards

Required qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in project/program management
• 3-6 years of knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience managing vendor integrations and reviewing vendor deliverables
• PMP certification or training is highly desired
• Intermediate-level technical proficiency in telecommunications products and services
