Project Manager - Divestiture

Job Summary

Supporting a confidential divestiture program, the fully remote Project Manager - Divestiture will manage legal, compliance, and operational workstreams, ensuring project deliverables and stakeholder communications remain on track throughout a 1-year assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate across legal, compliance, commercial, and operations teams to manage contract novation and regulatory requirements
• Oversee two parallel workstreams, maintaining project timelines and priorities while managing sensitive deliverables
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and project reporting to ensure cross-functional alignment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on, delivery-focused Project Management experience
• Experience in M&A, carve-out, or divestiture projects
• Familiarity with contract novation and legal/commercial separation processes
• Experience delivering commercial or Go-to-Market changes across Sales, Marketing, or Operations
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams effectively
