Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of education projects, the full-time Project Manager will plan and manage project execution, ensuring all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget while collaborating remotely or onsite with a multi-disciplined team.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control project deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets
- Lead an integrated team in quality assurance and quality control for all deliverables, including construction drawings and specifications
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and project teams to maintain strong relationships and address project scope changes
Required qualifications
- 10-15 years of project work experience, particularly in education projects
- Strong understanding of project accounting to monitor performance and forecast revenue
- Experience in strategic development, business development, and client management
- Registered with a relevant professional association is an asset
- Knowledge of architectural or engineering systems design, building codes, and permits
