Project Manager - Engineering
Job Summary
Managing and implementing engineering projects in the Mechanical Engineering and power generation area, the full-time remote Project Manager - Engineering will develop project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and performance goals
- Develop detailed resource plans and cross-functional schedules to drive project completion
- Act as a technical liaison to clarify requirements and resolve project issues with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or related field, with 3 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
- Experience with project resource management and schedule management tools
- Proficiency in CREO/Auto-Cad for evaluating technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of engineering diagnosis tools, including FMEA and the 7 step resolution process
- Experience coordinating PowerGen package commissioning plans and safety compliance certifications
