Project Manager Excellence Lead

Job Summary

To support a major U.S.-based biomanufacturing expansion program, the remote Project Manager Excellence Lead will establish project management governance, controls, and execution standards while driving collaboration among engineering, procurement, finance, and operational stakeholders during the planning and design phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management governance frameworks and reporting standards for a large-scale capital investment program
• Drive updates to program and project execution plans, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders
• Establish project controls systems, including scheduling, cost management, and KPI reporting

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting large capital projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, or SAP PS
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline; PMP or equivalent certifications preferred
