Project Manager - Facility Assessments

Job Summary

Leading facility condition assessments and capital planning projects for Municipal, University, School District, and Healthcare clients, the full-time Project Manager - Facility Assessments will manage project delivery, client relationships, and technical oversight while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage multiple facility condition assessment and capital planning projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Serve as the primary client contact, facilitating communication and aligning project deliverables with client goals
• Oversee data management and the development of capital improvement plans, ensuring data quality and integration into planning platforms

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, asset management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in facility assessments, capital planning, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience managing client-facing projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of building systems and capital renewal planning methodologies
