Job Summary

Leading Facility Condition Assessment and capital planning projects for MUSH clients, the full-time Project Manager - Facility Assessments will manage multiple projects, serve as the primary client contact, and oversee technical assessments and data management in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple FCA and capital planning projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Serve as the primary client contact, building relationships and aligning project deliverables with client objectives
• Oversee facility condition assessments and ensure quality assurance processes are followed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in facility assessments or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience managing client-facing projects
• Strong knowledge of building systems and capital renewal planning
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
