Project Manager - Facility Assessments

Job Summary

To lead Facility Condition Assessment and capital planning projects for Municipal, University, School District, and Healthcare clients, the full-time remote Project Manager - Facility Assessments will manage project delivery, client communications, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple facility condition assessment and capital planning projects, developing work plans, schedules, and budgets
• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and facilitating project meetings and presentations
• Oversee technical aspects of assessments, ensuring quality assurance and data accuracy for capital planning recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, asset management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in facility assessments, capital planning, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience managing client-facing projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of building systems and capital renewal planning methodologies
