Job Summary
To support federal government initiatives, the full-time Project Manager (Federal Government) will oversee task-order execution for enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Digital Thread modernization, ensuring compliance and timely delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams, with some flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams in enterprise engineering systems and CAD/PLM data management
- Manage project schedules, risk registers, and resource allocations in Agile/Hybrid environments
- Serve as the primary operational link between government task managers and engineering stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5-15 years of technical project management experience
- Direct experience managing projects within the Department of Energy or National Laboratories
- Experience with enterprise PLM, 3D CAD data management, or Application Lifecycle Management software
- Familiarity with PTC product ecosystem or equivalent tools
- Proven track record managing complex technical projects from initiation to closure
