Project Manager - Finance Transformation

Job Summary

To support finance technology initiatives, the full-time Project Manager - Finance Transformation will manage internal projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with technical quality, schedule, and cost while working remotely from preferred locations in CT, NJ, NY, or MA.

Key responsibilities

• Plans, monitors, and manages project execution, including project planning, resourcing, and progress reporting
• Serves as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions
• Drives operational efficiency and process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline Finance workflows and maintaining project documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, with a preference for 2 years managing technology-related projects
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to senior executives
