Project Manager Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support high-priority projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Project Manager/Senior Financial System Analyst will lead a team of 8-10 financial management professionals, providing technical support for data transition activities and analyzing financial systems to ensure effective implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team across multiple teams on complex system implementation projects
- Provide support for migrating legacy financial data to a web-based financial system
- Analyze and document legacy financial systems to support accurate data conversion
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS or equivalent with 12 years of industry experience, including 8 years in relevant expertise
- Comprehensive knowledge of OMB Circular A 136, USSGL, and federal financial reporting
- Hands-on technical experience with Momentum Financials in a Cloud-Based environment
- Ability to manage a team and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL with experience in Oracle Databases
