Project Manager for AI

Job Summary

Managing large-scale multilingual data projects, the full-time remote Project Manager for AI will oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI data initiatives, monitor quality assurance metrics, and coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of AI data projects, including scoping, guidelines creation, and post-mortem analysis
• Oversee large-scale data pipelines for multilingual data collection and LLM evaluation
• Maintain relationships with data experts and crowd pools, ensuring adherence to SLAs and facilitating cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in AI/ML data operations
• Strong understanding of LLM training processes and evaluation methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to write SQL queries
• Proven experience using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Exceptional ability to write clear guidelines for multilingual audiences
