Job Summary
To advance a high-visibility enterprise AI pilot, the remote Project Manager for AI Initiatives will manage strategic AI programs from planning through deployment, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and maintaining integrated plans while driving participant onboarding and adoption activities.
Key responsibilities
- Drive strategic AI programs and pilots from planning and onboarding through deployment, evaluation, and scale-up
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across various departments and external partners
- Maintain integrated plans, track outcomes, and prepare executive updates and decision materials
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in project/program management, consulting, operations, or related fields
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of cloud, application architecture, and data flows
- Comfort with AI concepts and awareness of security and governance considerations for enterprise AI
