Project Manager for ATM Installations

Job Summary

To support a financial services client account, the full-time Project Manager for ATM Installations will manage installation scheduling, vendor management, and project documentation governance for new ATM installations in retail bank branches throughout the Southeast, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities among clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers while monitoring progress to achieve milestones and client objectives
• Interface directly with clients to prepare project scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, and risk identification

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Experience in managing schedules and vendor management is required
• Strongly desired retail bank project/program experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in project management software such as MS Project
