Managing multiple client-bank onboarding projects simultaneously, the full-time Bank API Onboarding Specialist will oversee the onboarding pipeline, coordinate with clients and banks, and standardize processes while working remotely within US time zones.

- 4+ years of project management experience with external clients
- Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously with effective risk tracking
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in following up with busy professionals
- Organized and process-oriented with familiarity in project management tools
