Job Summary
Providing remote project management support for the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office, the full-time Project Manager for Data and AI will lead policy formulation, governance, and strategic planning to advance NASA's Data Strategy and AI maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of data and AI policies, ensuring compliance and governance standards across NASA
- Formulate and maintain AI risk assessment methodologies, identifying risks and creating mitigation plans
- Facilitate inter-organizational planning and support workforce development strategies to enhance AI and data competencies
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Data Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project management or data/AI strategy
- Proven experience in policy formulation and governance in a technical environment
- Familiarity with AI risk management frameworks and methodologies
- Experience in workforce development and training program coordination
