Project Manager for Data Centers

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Project Manager for Data Centers, this role will manage complex, technically sophisticated projects from planning through construction and closeout, serving as a liaison among clients, architects, engineers, and contractors in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from early-stage planning through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules
• Establish partnerships with clients and coordinate communications among project stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement efforts, and contractual documents while identifying risks and opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, construction, or related fields, with a preference for data center or mission-critical projects
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and procurement activities
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes, including contract administration
• Ability to analyze project data and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track
