Project Manager for Learning Programs

Job Summary

Managing learning projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager for Learning Programs will apply project management principles to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of complex learning initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders to define clear learning outcomes and goals.

Key responsibilities

• Track and communicate project status with team members and stakeholders regularly
• Manage the design and development of storyboards, courses, and learning materials for various learning formats
• Facilitate discussions with business leaders and subject matter experts to align learning programs with strategic business needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or project management in a corporate setting
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent learning projects from initiation to delivery
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) applied to learning programs
• Proficiency in instructional design models and hands-on experience developing learning materials for various formats
• Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Jira)
