Project Manager for Onboarding

Job Summary

Taking ownership of onboarding and implementation projects, the full-time Project Manager for Onboarding will manage the project lifecycle remotely, ensuring smooth transitions to the Customer Success team while delivering high-value implementations for new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to transition, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Identify and implement methods to accelerate project timelines, enabling customers to realize value quickly from EnergyCAP
• Conduct regular project status meetings and maintain ongoing communication regarding project progress and risk mitigation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in a software company or energy/sustainability-related environment
• Experience with enterprise software implementation and energy-related projects
• Demonstrated ability to build and utilize AI tools for improving project efficiency
• Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders
