Project Manager for Software Implementations

Job Summary

To support the implementation of practice management software and services, the remote Software Implementations Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee project management activities for mid-size to large group practice locations, with up to 10% travel as needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and control projects from initiation to completion while managing customer expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing escalated issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, tracking correspondence and providing accurate project history

Required qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field
• Project management experience and/or certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Project+)
• Advanced professional experience with client/server and cloud-based (SaaS) applications
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including HIPAA
