Project Manager for Web Integration

Job Summary

Leading a digital modernization project for a downtown development authority, the part-time Project Manager for Web Integration will manage the rebuilding of public WordPress websites, set up a Copper CRM, and oversee data migration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the client, conducting stakeholder interviews and assessments
• Coordinate a team of specialists, managing schedules, risk logs, and weekly status reports
• Plan and execute the project launch, ensuring all accounts and licenses are set up in the client's name

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing website, CMS, or CRM implementations, particularly for public-sector clients
• Proven experience with website migrations, including content inventory and data cleanup
• Understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility standards
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong written communication skills for producing reports and documentation
