Project Manager - Generator/HVAC

Job Summary

Leading project teams in a remote capacity, the full-time Project Manager - Generator/HVAC will oversee project schedules, ensure safety standards are met, and manage internal and external communications to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project schedules and quality plans while promoting safety culture
• Manage project teams and facilitate communication with stakeholders, ensuring on-budget and on-schedule delivery
• Oversee the change management process and coordinate project execution with construction management teams

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Generator or HVAC maintenance and Project Management
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3 years of construction project experience preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety training
• Intermediate experience in schedule management and communication skills
