Project Manager (Government Tech)

Job Summary

Providing project management and coordination support for the iQIES program, the full-time remote Project Manager (Government Tech) will manage multiple workstreams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones while collaborating with stakeholders and contractor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project coordination, tracking tasks, milestones, and dependencies across iQIES workstreams
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and lead feature review sessions to ensure clear project scope and readiness for development
• Facilitate program meetings, document action items, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
• 7+ years of experience in project management or program coordination in federal IT or health IT environments
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies, including participation in PI Planning and sprint ceremonies
• Proficient in managing backlogs and project tracking using JIRA and Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent workstreams effectively
