Project Manager (Grant-Funded)

Job Summary

To support the Albizu AI Teaching, Learning, and Support Initiative, the full-time Project Manager (Grant-Funded) will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate project implementation activities, and serve as the primary liaison among various stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of project goals, objectives, and timelines in accordance with grant requirements
• Coordinate activities related to academic programs, institutional management, and student services to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education administration, education, business administration, project management, or a related field
• Three years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in higher education
• Proficiency with project-management and data-management technologies
• Experience managing federally funded initiatives or major institutional projects
• Familiarity with Canvas is strongly preferred
