Project Manager, Healthcare

Job Summary

Leading projects from planning through execution, the remote Project Manager, Healthcare will collaborate with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to ensure successful delivery of healthcare and pharmaceutical initiatives while managing timelines, resources, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and workflows in partnership with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
• Facilitate internal meetings and manage project status communications to keep teams aligned and informed
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including project planning, execution, and delivery
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or workflow management tools
• Strong meeting facilitation and organizational skills
