Project Manager - HVAC and Generator

Job Summary

Leading project teams in a remote capacity, the full-time Project Manager - HVAC and Generator will manage complex schedules, ensure safety standards, and oversee project quality while coordinating with stakeholders and facilitating project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project schedules and quality plans while ensuring adherence to safety standards
• Manage internal and external project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, including overseeing the change management process
• Communicate daily progress and issues to clients and internal management, facilitating weekly meetings with the project team

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Generator or HVAC maintenance
• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional construction project experience preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety training
