Project Manager I - Pharmacy Benefits

Job Summary

Managing several key projects related to the Mid-Market Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) solution, the full-time remote Project Manager I - Pharmacy Benefits will ensure project support and delivery performance meets customer expectations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project implementation plans for PBM vendor management, including deliverables and milestones
• Act as the point of contact for project-level communication, keeping client teams informed on progress, milestones, and issues
• Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• One or more years of experience in a pharmacy-related field, such as retail pharmacy, PBM, or health plan
• Healthcare-related degree and/or MBA preferred
• Working knowledge of the commercial health insurance industry and project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for managing large data sets
